So I'm looking to buy a custom header and I need to know what's a good size piping would be for it?

Actually the 7A really takes nicely to the header! I noticed a pretty decent change in how the engine performed and a good gain in gas mileage to boot, and it's not just me. These are a very popular replacement for cracked factory manifolds at toyotnation forums and owners there also report a bump in gas mileage and a real feel in power. A few people compared pre and post header MPG averages and saw solid 3-4mpg gains over a period of time long enough to filter out seasonal changes and driving habits.
