So I'm looking to buy a custom header and I need to know what's a good size piping would be for it?

That or spend the money on something worthwhile like suspension, either way.

That or spend the money on something worthwhile like suspension, either way. ![]() Well my header has a crack in it so ima need one anyway I was just looking into getting something that'll actually last. But suspension is always good too! Fair enough, as the aftermarket header is actually cheaper than an aftermarket replacement manifold. Depending on your local emissions/inspections and what have you there may be no choice but to get an o.e. replacement. As the header gets rid of the pre-cat, which would fail a visual but should pass a tailpipe provided you bring the car in up to temp. There's info here on getting the header to work with the factory exhaust as the header is actually meant for a Corolla and there's a gap between the downpipe and the rest of the exhaust with the Celica. -------------------- 2001 Miata LS 5-speed

I was looking into getting a custom header and the guy asked what size I was looking for so I figured I should ask first! And I was guna get all new everything after I get this anyway.
