Has anybody had an experience with something like this? I know it be a variety of things but if you have any familiarity with this, could you please help me! The car drops down to about 100rpm and stays there, but it's completely fine at a stop on the road. I thought that it was because it was cold, but it seems to happen randomly because after various stops and re-ignitions it happens. I already tried turning up the rev thing on the motor so it could "rev at a higher rpm" but it still does it. And it's really annoying. Please help!

Thats impressive lol Clean your throttle body and IAC and make sure your EGR isn't stuck(clean the EGR too while its off the car) Clean all the stuff with throttle body cleaner, you'll need at least two cans. The EGR you can clean with oven cleaner or also engine degreaser and then go over it with some throttle body cleaner since its going to be the most gunked up of the three. Give it a tune up. And check for vacuum leaks. This post has been edited by Noahwhite2014: Mar 13, 2015 - 3:51 AM |
