Will the caldina map sensor for flawlessly with a 3rd gen 3s?
i know the gen 2 map sensors work, and i have one, but i have read that they mess up the fuel and timing maps. Also My boss has a gen 2 map sensor in his swap and he's been running rich since the swap was done, which is assuring me that the engine wont run 100% with 2 bar map sensors.
can someone confirm that 2 bar maps are the problem?
and can someone tell me if the 4th gen one will work and is it plug and play? One is on ebay for a very good price

I started with what I know to do, I swap engine into my car, I knew it was too much work to make it a AWD. I kept it FWD. Went to take a crack at doing the wiring conversion. Than, I realize, shoot, this is out of my league.

To answer your question, Yes a 4th gen map sensor will work on a 3rd gen. I am running it on mine with my 4th gen intake manifold and tb. Plug and play affair for the map sensor.
