Anyone with the JDM glass projectors successfully remove medium to heavy scratches on their headlights? My low beams are a bit scratched up and I wanted to try fixing this. After reading up there are tons of glass headlight restoration kits, but when I read reviews it ends up there's always people who say it doesn't work after hours of polishing. I believe I will need a cerium oxide powder, and that's as far as I've gotten. I will try to post pics of the scratches when I get a chance.

The first two pics are of the headlight I tried using 1500/2000/2500 wet sandpaper, toothpaste, and polish on. It only made it cloudy which looks worse than it started. I found out after the fact that those are methods used to touch up the usdm headlights. The last two pics are of the other side which I haven't touched yet.
