Hey all you guys with a 1mz / 3mz swapped celica - what spring rate are you running on your coil springs? I'm not sure if my 4 cyl sports springs have sagged with age or the extra weight of the v6?

Thanks guys - I guess my springs have just sagged with age then. They seem soft as and if I slam the brakes on the nose dives like crazy. Added to which I can't go over a bump in the road faster than 40km an hour or the front end bottoms out. I'll see if I can look up snapshotgt's post re suspension setup.

I think your struts might be blown. Sounds more like that than the springs sagging. If you push down on the front of your car and it keeps bouncing, then they're blown.
