Hi, i was wondering if i need to place the headlights in the oven to soften them before taking the lens off? Or are they clipped on?

I fancy spraying the inner plastics black

I dont think he's talking about the chrome parts. There's a grey piece in all of them which I painted black and it looks quite nice

Lol okay i get it now, I haven't taken my headlights apart, but seeing pictures every once in a while i was thinking that was part of the reflector.
