 UPS bent my wheels |

I got my wheels and tires a couple of days ago and I took them to be balanced and guess what one of my wheels was bent. I called UPS and they are dragging a$$ on replacing it. Who knows maybe I am being impatient? Isn't this reason you pay for insurence? Who cares if I am being impatient the wheels shouldn't have been bent to begin with!!!!

They broke a set of underlights I bought a year or so ago not once but twice. It took them 2 months to replace the first time and wouldn't replace them the second.
