Has anyone used a hub from a Camry on the front? Finding a used hub for the celi is like finding a needle in a hay stack.. just want to know if it would fit in case I hit another curb...

Please dont put possible misguided information. If the bearing is not the same, then it wont fit. Bearings make a lot of difference and so does the spline count for the axles. Unless someone ha verified this, beware...

Please dont put possible misguided information. If the bearing is not the same, then it wont fit. Bearings make a lot of difference and so does the spline count for the axles. Unless someone ha verified this, beware... I have the hub from a 1990 Camry on my front driver side. I installed it in August 2011. The bearing is for a Celica, ordered from amazon. I sat in the muddy junkyard, old hub in one hand and counted the splines myself before I removed the hub from the Camry. So in a way I have "verified" it. My car is a 1995 St and it's my daily driver. That's just my experience. |
