I have been looking for a replacement transmission. I noticed on cars that are listed as compatible that the mounts are in different locations and seem to be bolted differently. Have not removed one to check and see exactly how it is done as it would be hours at a junk yard. On the ones I am speaking of, the transmission mount is on the sub-frame which goes all the way across to the front. If they can be removed and I use mine, it would make finding one a ton easier.
Are the transmissions the same with just different mounts that can be swapped? -------------------- 95 GT Convertible 2.2L 5S-FE Auto
