Hi guys! I'm blasphemy101, a mechanical engineer from Central Florida. I just picked up a Celica GT hatchback from a friend with the hope of giving it a new lease on life. The last couple of years haven't been too kind to the car, and in its disassembled (and broken) state, it doesn't run. As you can see, the car is full of parts (e.g. the front brakes are in the trunk), but I think most of it is there. The body and interior are in great shape as well. I intend to get the car back on the road first, and if everything goes according to plan, things might get more interesting towards the end of summer...
When I get a chance, I'll create a "laundry list" of things that need to be taken care of in order to get this thing back in shape. For now, pictures... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by blasphemy101: May 6, 2015 - 11:12 AM |

For what it'd cost to turbocharge properly I'd look into the 1MZ swap, without doing a good rebuild on the 5S you couldn't push high levels of boost safely anyway. Could just drive with the 5S until you get the harness worked out and so on to minimize downtime.
