Blueprinting & Balancing. Cost? Is it necessary? Benefits? Buying aftermarket rods everything else will be oe. What are some things to look for during the disassembly process of the engine? Detailed rebuild threads? (Gen 2 JDM 3SGTE)

why aftermarket rods? OEM pistons will go before OEM rods... Eagle Rods are fairly cheap and perform very well.
i also built a 2nd gen 3S-GTE but I upgraded the oil system to Gen 3 so it will be a little different. Just need to write it up. -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo
