Hey, I am going to be doing a manual swap in my 95 gt Convertible. I am planning on buying a parts car instead of trying to hunt down all the parts. My question is, as long as I find a 94-99 gt with the same 2.2 5sfe motor with a manual tranny, does it matter if it's not a convertible like mine? Will all the parts still interchange? Including the ecu?

The only thing you'll need to watch for is OBDI or OBDII. You wouldn't want to plug an OBDII ECU from your parts car up to an OBDI engine/harness in your current car. Apart from that, it'll all work perfectly.
