Hey, i have a problem with my car, when i stopp pressing the gas my car starts humping? Anyone know what is wrong?

Has this problem gone on for a while? Or newly started?
I've noticed that the GT manual is very tricky, if you let off the gas too abruptly, it will jerk or "hump" forward and back a couple times. But if you let off the gas smoothly, it doesn't cause this issue.
