There are a bunch of $25-$30 short ram intakes on ebay. Are they any good or are the crap ? are they legal like the K&N ones ?

Yup. BUT, I highly suggest against a short ram. I've dynoed them....they'll make less power than the stock intake. Unless you live in alaska or siberia, then it probably doesn't matter. |
