There are a bunch of $25-$30 short ram intakes on ebay. Are they any good or are the crap ? are they legal like the K&N ones ?

that doesn't make sense because when you dyno a car you have the hood open and a very large fan pointing right at the front end..... there's giong to be little excess heat "trapped" in the engine bay (which is the purpose of having it open and fan)..... |
