Hi! I'm totally new here!
My first question is: What are those two unconnected plugs ? Everything works fine in the car so i can not figure out what plugs are they. Thanks for the help!

My guess would be those are for the amp.
My car has the premium sound system and had an amp in that location under the head unit and another under the seat. |
