Hi everyone I'm about to start a project on turning my 5s-Fe into a 5sgte but wanted to take it a step further and maybe converted in to a awd money is not the issue just seeking more knowledge on this if I go that route thank you.

do you have a community college near you?

I recommend. taking some welding courses, and some metal fab work courses. If knowledge is what you seek. We cant teach that in the forums here.

I have toyed the idea of converting my vert to AWD, but then, realized, that i would have to put a lot of work, to make the chassis a little more rigid for the awd set up. if you want to do it right.

Why not wait 3 to 4 more years and import a real gt4.

there are a few people that have converted to awd here, not verts. unfortunately, as with all JDM, once it breaks, its fun to source parts from Japan. just my 2 cents.

When you have money, and time and the skills. Its the time to get the parts you need that kills it.
