hey, i saw these in a mag and they appear pretty bright, are they really that bright?

are you talking about the bulb covers.. if so then no thay aren't that bright. I tried them, you get more of a turquoise than a blue..
i tried the inverted lense LED and wasn't impressed.. I have gone for blue bubs and they're excellent.. |
