I am a celica freak, I want to take a 5sfe block and build a full race motor. I also want to rework the rear and create space for an awd system. Was wondering if anyone has attempted this yet? If so what problems did you encounter and tips for finding parts. All work will be done by me and my friend who is a certified mechanic.

We all have that one friend who is a "mechanic" ....  To answer your question, yes it has been done before. Search around and you will find some good info to show your "mechanic" -------------------- It takes 8,460 bolts to assemble an automobile, and one nut to scatter it all over the road.
