odd but it doesn't happen always. and when it happens, i can just turn off HID, accelerate over 3000RPMs and then turn on the headlights with no problem.
is this something to do with old battery or old alternator? i'm a bit suspicious of alternator and plan to check the amperage output if it could be a possible culprit. any opinion? This post has been edited by cellocinema: Jul 16, 2016 - 9:22 AM |

he means swap the ballasts from one side to the other to see if the problem stays with the ballast or the side of the car, then swap the bulbs one side to the other to see if the problem follows the bulb or stays on one side of the car.

thanks. i don't think it's something to do with swapping bulbs or ballasts since the problem doesn't occur only one side constantly. it's like sometimes the left doesn't turn on and the other way around other times. when i accelerate above 3000rpms i can always make the both lights functional.
