odd but it doesn't happen always. and when it happens, i can just turn off HID, accelerate over 3000RPMs and then turn on the headlights with no problem.
is this something to do with old battery or old alternator? i'm a bit suspicious of alternator and plan to check the amperage output if it could be a possible culprit. any opinion?

get some Anti-Flicker Warning Cancellers and put it in. I had issues with my driver's side HID, i put one in that side and it seems to fix the problem.
