I am looking to change out my front main seal.Where can I find step by step instructions or a video. 1994 1.8 5 speed.Thanks cgp

you can look at my guide for building the 7A-FE. or you can follow the BGB for changing the timing belt. you should do that anyways if you are in there and the water pump.
