So, has anyone ever been able to remove it? (the blue one for the Alt) I was able to remove all the others. I was trouble shooting a battery drain and tried to remove it, No go. Ended up cutting it and resoldering it. Never did find the problem.

A spark when connecting the neg cable is normal, especially if you have an audio amp that's charging its power rail caps when you first connect. If you touch and get a big spark but the 2nd touch has a much smaller spark then that's all that is and nothing to worry about.
