 Advice Painting Interior Panels? |

Hello everyone, first post, love the site I am wondering how I would go about painting the interior panels a nice red color as this user has. I'm mostly concerned with painting the panel with the radio which I do know how to remove just not sure of the best way to make it a cool red color

Most likely for an aftermarket alarm system.
