Does anyone know where I can buy a undertray for our cars? I am missing the part that covers up the transmission.

Cheapest option would be to look at a local pick and pull. Otherwise you could probably find out the part number from a dealer website like Olathe Toyota and use that part number to scrounge around on ebay or amazon.
It's a 1999 GT with a manual transmission right? Looking at this page, it looks like the part number is 51442-20460, but I am not 100% sure if this is the exact piece you are looking for.
