 WTB: Bumper with fog light cut outs |

I am looking to buy a bumper for my 1997 Toyota Celica GT. It has to have the fog light cut outs. I am willing to pay shipping as long as it is reasonable.

If a car did not come with fog lights, the cutouts are filled with a piece of black plastic which can be easily removed. 1994 and 1995 have one long oval air dam, and the fog lights just go inside there. 1996 and up have specific cutouts where the foglights go.
