I have a bone stock st204 and I cannot for the life of me heel toe in it... is it a common problem? It's almost like the pedal is too short or my feet are too big which has never been a problem in other cars. If there are any fixes or tips you may have please drop them in the comments. Thank you!

Have you adjusted any slack there might be in the throttle cable? There's also many ways to "heel toe", you might find it easier in certain cars to instead keep your heel more parallel towards the floorboard and use your big toe portion of your foot on the brake and then roll your foot to the right onto the throttle to raise the revs.
