HI folks,
I drive a decent 95 celica. The problem with the car is every time I dry over a small puddle of water I have trouble turning the steering wheel. It feels like water is being splash under car. I looked a under the car and it still has the splash shield. Any thoughts on what is causing this or how water may be affecting my steering? How can I fix this? Thanks! Have you gotten the car on a lift and done a thorough inspection of everything? Could be your power steering pump, rack, fluid, etc.
