Hey there 6gc family I just had my car inspected to get it registered and my mechanic diagnosed signs of the clutch slipping. It slips in 4th gear so I am looking to get it replaced ASAP so I can finally enjoy my car.
Now my dilemma is trying to find a oem-like replacement as I want to experience a stock car for the first little bit before I go upgrading parts. So far my two options are: 1. A standard replacement from Fensport for 300 cad (before taxes and customs) 2. I found an exedy stage 1 organic clutch that provides an oem feel but is capable of up to 300+ ft/lbs of torque https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/toyota,...clutch+kit,1993 Is there any other aftermarket “like oem” clutches that are still available? Please let me know! Thanks. -------------------- ![]() 96 GT-Four instagram: kttranz |

Southbend Clutch. They utilize exedy discs and have a damn near OEM clutch feel.
https://primedriven.com/collections/clutche...h-kit-e153-e154 I have the Stage 3 Endurance in my Supra and it is fantastic. Feels like OEM, but is capable of holding 650Ft-Lb of torque. I have the Stage 2 Endurance for my Celica that is waiting to go in hopefully by next week. -------------------- -Alex {](O_o)[}
