damnit, got in an fender bender last night Options

i was going like 5 mph in a PARKING lot and outta nowhere this car comes and we collide while i attempt to turn...a little fender damage but nothing really serious....very minor damage....then the person has the nerve to remain in her car with the doors locked crying while she called the cops and the ambulance making a big scene. me and my friends who were in the car just stood in front of her car for the whole time and in our heads i was thinking to myself, uhh a little bump and shes dying? the fire trucks/3 cops/ambulance eventually come and she tells them she cant feel her shoulders or her fingers? and then she gets carried away in a stretcher and i didnt even get a single word from her. i did however get her all her info from her brother who came later. i have a question, if they didnt provide any proof of insurance what should i do? this overexaggerated situation seems really shady right now.

i'm sure the cops got all her infor if they got your.. just get a copy of the police report. if you told them what happened at the there when it happend and then back it up later on you'll come out looking good..
