i bought Tein S-tech lowering springs, im now thinking should i change the shocks as well... how do i know if the shocks are bad and need replacement?

bounce the front or rear of the car up and down. if it keeps bouncing your shocks are bad. if it dampens quickly they are more than likely okay.
