hey i have a question, How many of you run just standard fuses, or a breaker? my min reason is, because any time i screw with my wiring i manage to blow the fuses, juts me being stupid , and trying out dif stuff.... but sence i no longer work at bestbuy and i ran out of them, it dont feel like wasting 5 bucks a pop... so if any one has any idea, please let me know. Thanks

Breakers are nice. Let you flip off the power eaisly. But they can go bad... I've seen a few. If you really wanna protect yourself. Put a fuse between the breaker and the battery that rated higher than the breaker. If the breaker works as it should the breaker will pop before the fuse. I'd go atleast 30 amps bigger than the breaker. If the breaker fails and there is a short the fuse still protects the wiring.
