If its anything like my talon, theres a fuse bypass you can do. It works already and thats how you can push start a manual. You just have to find the "clutch has to in" sensor's fuse and disable it. That of course may be different on the Celi. Ask the local auto store (not carquest or adv. auto but like speciality stores) that carry car alarms - they should know.
As for starting it in Montana, dunno - I live in Wisconsin. |
