Real easy guys... get the 555u like playa said and leave it in neutral. I tell everyone to leave it in neutral. Never ever ever get into the habit of putting it into gear before you leave. There is a parking brake for manuals and thats why they call it the parking brake. The only reason I stress this is due to a turbo timer. People with those have to leave it in neutral, otherwise, you'll just have to wait the 1 minute while your car sits. You dont leave an auto in Drive when you leave do ya?

Sorry, i get a little flustered at the subject - i hate it when i hop into a MT and kill it as soon as it starts cause i thought it was in N


Amen Brotha. My compustar actually has a turbo timer built into it. Its pretty slick because i can cancel it at any time, but it automatically stays running until I hit the brake. No chance of leaving it in gear.
