I need Suspension and wheel HELP!, Size and drop? Options

Ok,

I have a 99 Celica with 18" Limited 359 wheels w/ Wanli 215/35/18 tires and not only do the tires ride like crap but my fornt tires are an 1 1/2 inches from the road and my back ones are 2inches. Any suggestions on a new tire, kinda, size, all that good stuff??? Also i want to lower my car as you can see in the pics in my profile, it looks like a monster truck. So if anyone knows of a good set of springs, and how much of a drop? would be greatful for some help. Thanks.

I have my own question .. well to any one with Sportlines, It kinda seems like my rear almost sits lower then the front, I mean the def killed a ood amount of wheel gap. But when i stand next to the car, the rears look like the almost tuck, but the fronts still have room?? whats with thta, an thats with no wight in the rear, not even subs...
