Any ideas what i could be??? getting very annoying, happens at lowspeeds especially when turning left

fastgt - i dont have a aim account,
, im not even sure what the problem is yet, think i take it to my mechnic and have him take a look at it the clicking is getting worse , happens more when the car is cold, what does this indicate??
