I am about to begin my quest into swapping the celica. My first thought was to get the 3s-gte like everyone else and laugh at every civic that comes my way. hahahaha. But that would be the easy way out. i want to be able to kill other racers without going turbo. so i was thinking about the 3S-GE. Beams if possible to obtain. i wanna know if this engine has a chance against the GSR engines.

Street-ability... VTEC can make for a streetable sub 12 second drag car... Toyota motors can't. You can build a 12 second car... but it won't drive on the street, meaning the entire powerband is beyond 5-6k rpms... Kinda kills the point of driving a car when you can only do it after revving it beyond 5000 rpms ehh? -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"
