ok with that info, would it help or do anything, if i were to swap the intake manifold, an tvis system from a 3s-gte, and possible cams from a 3s-gte. I know I should just tyr an get a 3s-gte, but im just looking for more power, not a ton, not to run quarter miles, really around 170-180 would be perfect, i mean, my buddie has the delsol vtec an thats almost a good enough of power for me, so i was just looking to do a little more with this engine, thanks alot for the info.

The n/a 3SGE might actually have slightly more sgressive cams stock than a 3SGTE. As for TVIS... it doesn't make a huge difference. It's a system that increases intake velocity, which makes for better low-end response. It has little to do with overall and top-end power. Swapping stock manifolds and stock cams won't do anything drastic. If you want more power from a 3SGE... get larger duration/lift cams then tune the car. That's how n/a cars are tuned for more power. Bigger cams will increase the engine's overall performance.
