Where should I mount an aftermarket amp?

I used a 12volt fan as well, and the only thing i hear is the fan running, and the stereo volume has to be at 0, the car off, and no other outside noises. but i like having it under my seat... very clean, takes up no extra space, and if i want to show it off i just turn up the bass
