i've been really thinking of forced induction in my st and i've been planning it

Have a look at a map. the UK may be small compared with the US but it depends on where you live as to how much driving you have to do. I drive a 48 mile round trip to work and its 15 miles to the nearest motorway. In heavy traffic it taks me 55 minutes to drive 10 miles into the nearest city. I have to travel about 280 miles per week just to do my job - thats $84 per week on fuel. On top of that its about $285 per year to tax a car. Public transport is non-existant, congestion makes even short journeys almost impossible, fuel is extornionate - welcome to Blair's Britian. ![]() You'll have to do better if you want to persuade me that the US has it just as bad when it comes to the cost of running a car. |
