I have a 97 st le. Awhile back, I hit 95mph with my celli and it just didn't seem like it was going to go faster. I've done this 2 times before. But the odd thing about this is that maybe a few months later, my speedometer read 105. Does anyone know if they have a speed control governor in their celli?
