 celica vs alero? |

Could my celica st run with or beat a newer Oldsmobile Alero? I think the alero is v6 but the kid didnt seem to know what he was talking about. If it was a v6 it has 170hp and weighs as much as my dads logging truck
 . Anyways this kid is really starting to piss me off and is telling me how fast his car is, he wants to race but im a little sceptical becasue i feel that my car, along with all others in my school, are slow. any thoghts and insight would be great.

i wouldn't say gm v6s are crap the series 2 engine that comes in the buicks pontiacs and other gm vehicles since the 80s is a good engine my mom has two cars with that engine one with it one over 250000 on odometer and still runnin strong.
