Both of them are manual. I also have and AT 5sfe but am unsure of the condition of it. would sell that one for $100 plus shipping As for the seats you will need to either weld them to your stock brackets or purchase ones for the 7th gen (there on Ebay for around $70) and modifly them to fit on the 6gc.. Mynzeyes did that with his 7th gen seats he would know more than me on how to make it fit but I'm under the impression that it isn't very hard to do at all.
here is the only photo I have of them at the moment and it only shows part of them.. can take a better photo of em if you want.. otherwise check out AP-Signworks cuz thats where I got them from.
