i have noticed for a while that my when i am at full trottle that aroudn 3-4 grand i hear a wistleing noise which seams to come from the back of my car. i can hear it better when the back seats are down really well. my dad told me to put a rag over the exhaust and see if it made any funny noises like it had a leak or something but it didn't. so he thinks the only thing it could be is possibly the catalitic converter. i thought i would just see what u guys though. no i have never smelt any gas or any fumes around the car...im gonna check it out this weekend and inspect it more closely this time.
