I was reading an aticle, and if i can find it (it was on the internet), i'll post the link. But this article said my '98 GT has more horsepower at the wheel's than my "placed in car heaven" '95 GT. Has anybody else read or heard this?

Of course, as an engine is produced, it's kinda refined too... not to mention the engine's relationship with a car. While the official numbers are the same- I wouldn't be surprised that a 95 GT and a 97 GT- if compared with the same number of miles and driving habits- had a slight difference in hp at the wheels.
