No one said anything about it not working.  You claimed that this product cleans BETTER than hand washing... No way. It may clean just as well (on cars that aren't covered with mud, grime, or tar) as hand washing, but by no means will this product clean BETTER than hand washing. This product was marketed as a means to save time in not having to dry your car. In all honesty, this product will not save you SIGNIFICANT amount of time and energy than handwashing. One thing about owning a car is the rewarding feeling you get when you TAKE THE TIME to wash, dry, polish, and detail her. It's a ritual that I take PRIDE in. I don't even think the cost of this product justifies the LITTLE amount of time that is saves. Even with hard on stains, you still have to use a mitt. How does this save any time? Maybe it'll save A LITTLE time in drying... but that's just being lazy. I love my car. I'll clean her the old-fashioned way and continue on with my nuturing ritual.
