How would I go about getting a GT4 or a Skyline or something along those lines imported over here?

whats the point of having a lhd skyline, the whoel thing about a skyline is that its rhd, also the twin turbo setup and all that good stuff, but wouldnt it be a b*tch to try to roll through mcdonalds drive through with one?
