well it might be a ever simple problem to fix.. A new gas cap.. if your old one is not holding the vacum in the tank.. the is also going to cause you not to hold idle.. i will let ya'll know if this fix's the problem of not..

I had this problem last winter and my mechanic replaced I think it was called the temperature oxygen sensor. I am still looking for my receipt to clarify the part, but I suggest you look at it yourself or have a mechanic look at it. Once this part was replaced, the problem vanished!
