 Fiberglass question, how to cut |

whats the best tool to useto cut little holes in it. im new to fiberglass and dont want to break it. and can you copy fiberhglass. exmple like can i make an exact copy of this peice if so how ? thank

i use my Dremel and it seems to work realy good.
